What type of services I can get at Travel Weavers?

At Travel Weavers, we aim to provide day tour activities departing from Auckland. We also provide Auckland Airport transfer services. 


Where is Travel Weavers based at and where do they provide services for?

Travel Weavers is an Auckland based company. All our tours and activities depart from Auckland only. 


Can I get a private service for myself and family?

Yes. At Travel Weavers, we offer you shared services as well as private charters for all our activities. Please use ‘Get a Quote’ feature from website’s home page and one of our team members will get back to you with more info.  


What vehicles Travel Weavers use to provide services? 

Travel Weavers owns a wide range of vehicles starting from Sedans, SUVs and 12-Seater Vans. A vehicle will be allocated depending on the type of service and number of people travelling. 


Do I need to purchase my own tickets for activities? 

No. All entry tickets are included in our group tours. 


How can I make a booking? 

Travel Weavers has a large presence over the web. You can make bookings via VIATOR, GET YOUR GUIDE, or directly from our website. 


How can I make the payment? 

We accept payment by all type of cards such as Visa cards, Master cards and American Express cards. 


How can I contact Travel Weavers if I need assistance about my booking?

If you are calling from overseas, you can contact us via WhatsApp calling. If we missed your call due to working hours constraint, then send us a message and we will contact you in next business hour possible. 


How can I cancel my booking if my plan changes?

Booking cancellations can be done via making a phone call at +64221562655. If we missed your call, then we will contact you in next business hour possible. 


Am I eligible to get a refund for my cancelled booking?

Booking cancellations and refunds are subject to refund policy. In most cases, cancelled services will be refunded in full as long as minimum 48-hour notice given. 


Will I be picked from my hotel or do I have to go to a certain spot to catch the service vehicle?

If you have booked your accommodation in Auckland Central, then you will be picked right from the doorstep of your accommodation. We cover all the Hotels, Motels, Backpackers and Airbnb in Auckland City. 


I am Arriving and Departing via Auckland Airport and I have a lot of luggage. Will I be accommodated if I am travelling with lot of baggage?

Yes. However, please let our team know about the number of baggage you are travelling with. 1 piece of check-in luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage per person is included in your service. However, for any extra baggage you need to pay $10 for every extra baggage. 


I am travelling with oversize items such as surfboard and bike box. Can I get a ride with Travel Weavers?

Yes, but only If your journey start or finish at Auckland Airport. However, $15 per extra item needs to be paid for this service.
